Multi-section design

At the core of The Solus is a reflex center section designed to reduce “tension” between the front and rear wing enabling shorter fuselages and smaller rear wings without increasing angle. This results in rock-solid pitch stability while dramatically lowering drag. Less tension creates a setup that is more adaptable to different conditions, gear combinations, and is more ergonomically and structurally efficient.

An increased camber tip profile enhances ventilation resistance and allows for a steeper taper. The thick, reflexed center section blending to thin, agile tips results in sharper handling, improved load transfer, and exceptional stability.

Millions of computer optimized iterations are used to extract the last few percent from the initial design, finding tiny improvements that compound to a large result.
