14 DAY TRIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
We provide a Manta5 trial period because we believe that customers love the new Manta5 experience. We want to give serious customers ‘piece of mind’ through a limited 14 day money back return period if you are unsatisfied with the Manta5. This is a goodwill gesture by FUTUREMOVEMENT.CO and the following conditions do apply;
- The customer must have paid the purchase price for the product via Direct Deposit not credit card.
- The customer must provide proof of purchase. The refund will be for the amount paid.
- The customer must organise and cover the cost to return the Manta5 to us with any necessary insurances.
- The 14 day trial begins from the date of delivery. The Customer must have tried the unit and give reason/s why they are unsatisfied with Manta5.
- The customer is required to repack and return the item in new condition with no wear or damage to the packaging. The customer must organise and cover the cost to return the Manta5 to us with any necessary insurances paid.
- The refund will be provided back to the customers payment method once the item has been returned and inspected. Allow 7 business days.
- The customer is required to repack and return the item in new condition with no wear or damage to the packaging.
- Trial period is limited to two (2) Manta5 units per order.
- The 14 day trial period is fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery. Flexibility can be offered upon request to FUTUREMOVEMENT.CO.
- If the unit was purchased on interest free finance, the customer is required to cover the applicable fees required to break the term.
